Through our sister company, Jablonka Construction, we provide third party commercial construction services, including renovations, repositionings and full buildouts of retail storefronts, restaurants, bars, office spaces, and warehouse-industrial space. Jablonka Construction is a licensed & bonded General Contractor, registered in the City of Columbus (#G11886).
Several of our projects have been recognized for their award-winning quality, including the 2024 New Business Design Award from Delaware Main Streets, a finalist for Heritage Ohio's 2024 "Best Commercial Rehab" (a statewide award), and the 2026 "Caretaker of a Legacy" award from the German Village Society.
