Frontiers

The Frontiers portfolio involves twenty five (25) rental townhouses in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. We have been acquiring the properties since 2010. The properties each contain 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms; and 2-3 bathrooms. Each has a three-story townhouse design, with private front yard, rear yard, and dedicated off-street parking. The townhomes are each recently renovated, with granite countertops, new cabinets and appliances, and upgraded bathroom finishes, as well as new flooring, paint and mechanical upgrades.
