JREP's primary focus is acquiring historically significant commercial properties in and around Columbus, OH. We also own and manage several dozen assets in downtown Washington, DC; and selectively invest in retail shopping centers throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. JREP currently has investments in Ohio, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana and North Carolina. We consider investment opportunities regionally and in the Mountain West.
